The creator behind the brand.
Anta-Atta Cissé was born and raised in Marseille, in the south of France. Passionate about fashion, wellness and decoration, she decided to move to Senegal in 2019 after finishing her marketing studies. Her goal was to become director of the first showroom for a cosmetics brand.
For two years, she enjoyed reconnecting with her country of origin and discovering the wonders of Senegalese designers and artisans. In 2022, she began a collaboration with her tailor to design a pyjama set made entirely in Senegal, inspired by ethnic patterns and colours.
This is how the idea of creating ATTA was born: an authentic loungewear and homewear brand, celebrating African craftsmanship and everyday comfort.

From Africa to the world!
ATTA is much more than just a brand, as you will soon discover: it immerses us in the world of “Made in Senegal” and “Made in Africa”.
For its first collection, “Mother Africa”, ATTA collaborated with numerous artisans. This inaugural collection, inspired by the colours of her native country, celebrates her African heritage and pays tribute to her maternal grandmother, Atta.
Fuelled by her creativity, her visionary spirit and her love for Senegal, ATTA offers a unique approach to homewear: pieces designed to be worn both at home and outside.
Every stitch is a love letter addressed to Africa and to those who wear it all over the world.
